Refund policy

Returns

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

- The item must be in its original, unused and unworn condition, with all tags still attached.

- The item must be in its original packaging.

- Proof of purchase must be supplied, along with an order number.

- The item must be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.

A full refund may only be issued if an item is defective or faulty beyond repair. st. Cove will assess the fault or defect upon return of the item, and reserves the right to either repair or replace the item. If the item cannot be repaired or replaced, a full refund will be issued. 

Please note that we do not offer returns or exchange for change of mind. A return may be considered for incorrect size. In this case, a store credit will be issued for the purchase amount.

Please contact hello@stcove.com.au with your returns query so that we can advise on whether a return is possible, and arrange for your refund, exchange, or store credit to be processed. Please note that only returns that have been approved by st. Cove will be accepted. Please do not return any items without prior approval from st. Cove. 

The customer will be responsible for any shipping cost associated with a return or exchange, unless the item is deemed to be defective or faulty. 

We unfortunately do not offer refunds, exchange, or store credit on sale items.

st. Cove reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet the above return or exchange requirements.
